I'd like to go to this tour because I'v never been to desert and I'd like to ride on camel!! This tour has responsible for environment and living of local people. The tour provide us detail information about this area and people who live there. This tour is sure to protect environment in Morocco and try to encourage to produce and sell local products, crafts and so on. That's sounds good. If I have a chance to go to ecotour, I choose this tour!

CANADA DAY

I spent a canada day in Calgary but I didn't do anything specially. I went to the park(I forgot the name of this park.)wit my friend in the morning to eat something and I went to Karaoke in the afternoon. I could sing many Japanese song there so I relaxed. I watched fireworks at 11. It was nice but I think japanese fireworks are more artistic than Calgary's one. In this long weekend, I alomost spent time at home. DRUNK SLEEP WATCH SOME MOVIE (study) That's it!

Future intention

I have a lot of plan after this semester.When I finish this semester, I have a free time for 10 days, so I'll go to Florida with my friends at that time. I'll go shopping and enjoy Disney World! I really looking forward it.After that, summer program starts and I take it. I study English more at UofC. I hear a people who take the program are almost Japanese.I'm sorry to hear that but I'll make an effort to speak English as much as I can. After that finally I go back to Japan! and study my majority again at my university.

Equality

In Japan, women and men are not completely equality. Nowadays, It's getting equal but still left difference. It seemed when we get a job. For example, if we want to work at bank(if it's mega bank),men have to graduate from famous college.If so you can get that job easily, in contrast to men, If women, they don't care about college even they didn't go college. Almost company deal with women and men are equal but bank is different because women easily retired job when they get married.If they get a woman who work vey well, she has a possible to retire job earlier because of marriage. In japan still left this way of thinking, women should be in home and do to housework, on the other hand men should work hard to make money.That's why the difference sometimes appear. The difference appeared at movie theater. In Japan, on Wednesday women can take discount movie ticket, so we can watch movie cheaper than men. It called Lady's day. but they don't have a men's day. Men have to pay same fee every time. I don't know why it happened, but I think it's interesting difference.

Gender Differences

In Japan,a big gender differnces seemed way of speeking. When we express myself we use differnt way between men and women.For example, in English, both men and women use "I", to express myself but in Japanese, men use "ore or boku" (if they are adult everyone have to use "watashi"),in other hands, women use "watashi,uchi or her name". When we are child our parents made us said that. I don't know why it's different. If we having a baby and we know boy or girl, our parents, friends, relatives gave her or him different toys and clothes.In contrast to girls, If we are having baby we can get blue or green clothes and also toys are car or LEGO. but recently some people don't separate boy and girl.

A Teacher in My Life

When I was junior high school student I met a teacher who teached Japanese,I admired her. At that time, I got hooked on T&F so I didin't want to do anything except T&F. I just thought what I should do to run faster and faster. I might be lost myself. One day the teachaer said me you have to be member of student concil and made me that without saying. I was very surprised and I didn't want to attend the meeting because If I attend the meeting, I can't practice. I skipped the meeting many time but she just trusted me and said me I trusted you have a ability to lead other students, you can do it. I attended the meeting heplessly, but It's fun than what I thought. Since then, I tried to do anythng which I interested in not only T&F. She gave me new ability and taught me how important some new challenge.Because of her since when I retired T&F, I enjoy my life!

Obsession

I disagree with his obsession because he might hurt or someting. He would be able to choise in his life. As a result, he suceeded in 900 and got much money but if he mistook it, he lost all things. If he chanege his mind, he might be happy than now. In my case, I hooked on T&F(track&field) when I was high school student and junior high school student. I got a lot of prize in Japan and I aimed to paricipate in Olympic game but I had a accident. I ran 20km per day, one day suddenly I fall down and I couldn't move. My foot was broken because I didn't have one of born in my foot since I was born, I practiced too much. I had to retire,I was very sad. However now, I don't regret this because my life is so fun since I retired T&F. I could chice many things. While I was running, I just thought that how should I do to run faster. I noticed I enjoyed life without running so Tom might have notice same thing.

Three Cups of Tea

I really want to read "Three Cups of Tea because It's non-fiction story.  I prefer fiction(or novel) to non-fiction story. When I read the summary of this book, I thought this story was great and interested in this story. I wanna read more and share own idea with my classmates. Actually I participate international volunteer club at university in Japan and I have a experience which it is similar to Greg Mortenson's one.
In last summer I went to Indonesia to build house. That's why I really interested in this story. I wanna know Greg's idea such as when he faced on problem, what did he think? how did he overcome. If I read this book I'll get some knowledge and learn many things.

impersonation at phone call

This story is about my grandmother. She is 75 years old. A few days ago, My grandmother answered the phone in the afternoon. Nobody is in home except grandma. She spoke to someone who called her. "hello, Who are you?" The man said,"This is me! me!" The voice sounded young man, so my grandma misunderstood he is my grandson. Actually, She have 6 grandchildren(2 grandson,4 granddaughter) including me. My grandma said " are you shinya?(It's my brother name)." and the man responded " That's right! I had an traffic accident!! I heart a boy! I have to pay $10000 for medical expenses. Please pay into my account. My account number is............" My grandma didn't doubt at all because my brother(shinya) lived by hisself then.It's a problem that can be happened. My grandma was upset. She prepared money as fast as she could. When she got to the bank, I met her by chance. I asked her "what are you doing? " Grandma explained me. I noticed he was not my brother because I called my brother at that time. The man who call my grandma impersonate my brother. He intended to cheated my grandma out of money! This fraud called "ore-ore sagi(me-me fraud)" in Japan. Someone who use this fraud target at elderly people.

I went to Calgary to improve my English skills, especially for speaking.
I have many hobbies.First, I like playing sports, such as baseball, basketball and soccer. Actually I belonged to track and field club when I was junior high school and high school student.
Second,I like taking picture and also travelling. I often go out and take a photo on holidays.
Third I like shoes! so I worked at shoes shop in Japan. I have many shoes, my favorite brand is New Balance. Finally, I like playing the guitar I can only play folk songs.
I would like to be a Journalist who goes all over the world so I have to study hard English. I hope this experience is to be a treasure for me.
